I imported Nissan Dayz myself and it has MM114D-W Navigation System. Although, the MAP card was not available in the system but I have got this card along with original documents of car. The data in that card is nearly 6.5GB. Anyone in need, can contact me. We can find some way to share it.

I tried copying card data to other cards of similar and higher capacity. I used direct copying files/folders and used imaging tools to capture and copy entire image of the SD Card. However, copied card never worked. I feel that somehow system recognizes the original card using some hardware ID and does not allow any other card to be used. Its disappointing but this is my analysis.
