Thanks for the input. I got your point. You want me to install a thermostat at the mentioned position to activate fan whenever required by the temperature just like the standard radiator thermostat. I had this option in my mind too. just wanted to try this out by controlling it through ECU. But that requires more techincal assistance and time.. So your idea is far better and easy. Just need to ask one more thing. After i get this thing done, how would i be able to control fan on high or low speeds? or would it be just high when turned on and off when temp is low.? since the stock setup supports only one speed from the relay. Should i just stick to this option with one speed or is there some way that i can make that work with both low and high speeds?

the 2 speed fans require two separate relays and 2 separate inputs to work, do not try to run the full speed directly when the fan is off, it pulls an enormous amount of amps and may burn wiring or weld the relay shut, the original setup always start the fans at low speed then kick to high as required (ecu kicks it high)

Your ECU may not have the 2 spd fan control system, in which case you wasted money on the heavy duty fans.

Dear is ur problem solved??? If not then go to that electrician who installed engine wiring when u have put engine in ur car. He can activate auto fan. Firstly install thermostat valve its compulsory for long engine life. Jahil mechanics always remove it from engine. I am not sure about auto fan wire in ecu but it involves water temperature sensor and a signal wire from ecu to fan relay. And u have mentioned that u r able to activate IAC sensor. I need ur help with it. IAC requires several sensors input to work how you managed to activate it. Thanks in advance. Btw i have nissan sunny 87 model with GA15DE engine installed.

hi everyone i have a nissan sunny b14 with a ga15de and its burning gas way more than usual what may be the cause i changed the fuel rail already and the trottle body and also the ecu and it still goes down quick
