you need a pro level vehicle scanner which has model specific ability to communicate with vehicle ECU.the image you have shared is from basic obd connector (a bluetooth device ?). It can not probe deeper and can not pull OEM specific errors.
from this image it appears the comm-bus is burned out.

Have you tried to open the inverter unit of the generator/motor assembly to assess visible damage to the electronics etc.?I would recommend to try to inspect the individual modules for corrosion and then work your way from there but long story short, you will need to buy parts for it and/or contact electronics repair guys (for industrial VFDs etc.)Because of special nature of Note e-power i.e it’s electric car with a generator, it would be a difficult task.
