what u guys think that by installing Ironman or any nitro Steering Damper, the steering will become hard, soft or normal

an uprated steering damper will really help (specially since ur tires are slightly larger than stock). nitro over regular oil has the advantage of lasting longer in heavy use (same as shocks). i doubt it will make it much harder, but then again it will depend on the individual shock. but u can never go wrong with iron man or arb.

Hello friends

i need advice from u guys regarding suspension upgradation for my new ride Nissan Safari 1998 (Y61). I want to install heavy duty shocks and springs like Ranchos, Old Man EMU, Iron man etc, i checked all webs for them and found most of them r offering complete set which has shocks , springs and uplift parts. I dont want to uplift the vehicle, but cant find coil springs in stock size. Is this ok if i just put shocks and use the stock springs with them, would they give performance ?

Also i want to change the previously installed snow tyres and want to put A/T. The stock size is 265-70-16. I want to put 275or 285-70-16 in yokohama, bridgestone or dunlop. Do u guys recommend this size or i should keep the stock size. Would these big tyres effect the turning radious or touch any inside part.

Asad, since you'll be using close to stock height tires, there's no need for a suspension lift. All the shocks you mentioned are available in stock sizes also. Like everyone else has said, don't use extended shocks meant for a lift kit on a stock height suspension as they will bottom out before the suspension and get ruined in the process. It might help if you know the length of the stock shocks. ADVICE FOR BIG TYRES

i need ur advice for installing new tyres. Although the current dueller A/T tyres i m using are brand new but i want to giv safari an aggressive look. So if i put 33'' M/T tyres on 16 inch rim with stock suspension and no uplifting, then would it work and look fine, as usually people use huge tyres with uplifted vehicles. I understand i hav to put some spacers to get the max turning angle.
there is no issue of touching the huge tyres with side walls as it has plenty of space.

adding extra wide &or tall boots will make the vehicle look 'unbalanced' - check across web if you can find a Macho looking Safari with 'high heels' or padded 'jugs' I'd not recommend change to 4 of her 'rack' - It is naturally macho as it is now. 2 cents, - unless you have some reservations going off-road uphill on the same ????
