can anyone help me regarding AC,
i have 2005 sunny converted diesel.its AC is not working properly, it works only for 5-10 mins,
ex-owner told me that compressor is week, need to change it,
now i want to know that should i go only go for a nissan sunny ac compressor or any car's(i.e toyota, honda ) can fit in. which is a better option ,
and roughly how much would it cost .a new or KABLi compresor.?

well i have a experience of installin the naye corolla ka compressor it costed me 3k and some alteration done by the a/c wala, working awesome mashAllah n extraordinary cooling, the problem is that nissan compressors are with blades and its very rare u fine a good n neat one and these compressors can only b tested on full load meaning if u check it and it is not working fine ull waste the cash for the gas... il prefer u go for a corolla one but still if u find a extraordinary nissan one its a good option too cuz i had the nissan's compressor first, it was also very good.

for the corolla compressor a plate needs to be made by which the corolla's compressor fits.

BDW im also willing to buy a nissan sunnt 95-97 model... do tell if any one is willing to sell owt.... must be in LHR ISB or RWO number.

With a well maintained engine, it can give 16km/l in city and goes upto 20km/l on highway.

btw, I am in too. B14 2.0D 2001. Will post pics soon.

I have kept Datsun 120Y 74 from 1987-99 and I still miss it. A couple of weeks ago my brother-in-law bought the brand new 1.6 auto Super Saloon and I loved its build quality and test drove it. What a smooth and powerful ride. Cost him about 15 lakh and 100 times better than Gil which is just 1.3 and manual. No doubt Sunny is still value for money and way better than other locally assembled cars.

Yar a very hard to find car. I myself looked for one in petrol for more than 2 months but to no avail. Then I opted for diesel one and am one satisfied owner. Great ride.
