I don't know about being the best, because quite a lot of new players have entered the field, in ustad gs, the best electrician is Nawab ustad, on university road. As far as educated mechanics go, have heard quite good things about dabstermotorsports. Never gotten dent and paint done from peshawar so wouldn't know the best available one. Mechanic is new auto car care, Gul Nawaz is there, he has good experience and works on all sorts of vehicles. But again, he is also ustad g, mechanical work too, I have heard of dabstermotorsports to be quite good.
