You can have a look at Samsung Galaxy Gio aswell it has 800Mhz but it is faster than Nokia 500 and comes with Android Platform, although it got 3.2 Megapixel camera but it's worth a look.

dude before going to purchase nokia 500, please keep in your mind that there is a severe restarting problem in it, wait till it gets belle update and make sure before purchasing that aforementioned problems has gone from it... Good luck!

Whats your max budget? If its till 18k then go for Galaxy Gio (New) or Galaxy Ace (Used)Both phones are same in performance etc but the main diff is that Ace has bigger screen and better Camera! I am using Galaxy gio from past 1 month and it is great phone in budget! Its touch is so responsive! If you buy this phone then you will never regret!
Used Both and agreed both are great but Ace is much better in terms of Usage Performance !
Yeahh.It's around 18k,I don't want to go for a used one since I had a bad experience with my last used phone.I'm considering Galaxy Gio and Nokia 500.C5-03 is out of the picture now.

If you still haven't bought the phone yet then i suggest you try the new entry that is HTC Explorer Although it got 600Mhz Processor but believe me its more faster then even 1Ghz processor of Nokia 500!! and the Build quality is also very good...Best New Phone in 18k Budget is HTC Explorer
