i fail to understand why people would compare yearssssss old plug wires with new wires?

an engine running on old wires for years has compensated for any conduction defect/ deficiency (if any) which would hide any misfires. Newer wires, be they stock wires or aftermarket replacements would change the whole game.

This comparison is flawed right from the start, comparing old wires on an engine tuned to them to new wires that are alien to that engine. period. Bring some new evidence please.

Your post isn't making any sense am sorry not getting you either,but if you think there was a handicap match then please step up on a dyno with NEW oem and NEW aftermarket wires and show us the result....this should serve as a bump lol
