I also did a DIY and replaced its original steering with the one I bought from HK. The buttons don't work right now as I am waiting for the clockspring, for which I am thankful to Zunny bhai who was kind enough to bring one from me on his way back to Pakistan from UK.

This steering is just a shashkaa right now. But I think it is a much better place for it compared to the shelf in my room where it was resting since long...

The steering will fit in your City as well. As far as the audio controls are concerned, they will work with "some" units which have the option for wired remote/steering control buttons. Secondly, the clockspring will get changed as well. Now I am not sure whether Oriel's clockspring fit in your city because as far as I know, there isn't any version of city in Pakistan that has airbag.

Ask your mechanic to remove the steering wheel of your car only and then you can see the clockspring. Take a few pictures specially close ups of the grip pins it have and post them here. We can compare it with Oriel's clockspring.

You'll get the buttons or steering for around 15K to 20K. The clockspring will cost you around 3K to 5K. The head unit is something you'll buy other than these things. But remember to check whether it has the option to support these buttons or not.
