How abt safety bull bars as in cars mostly i cannot see any special safety risks taken care of.

Although such events even with smaller engines should also promoted by Govt and Private sector and its motive should be building team spirits not individual wins.

@HB: you are encouraging me to get my Cultus in next "Jeep Rally"

I think this track is just fantastic for new comers who want to give rallying a shot in their stock cars and off roaders.

In car category, Nusrat (Nadir's Navigator) finished 1st,
I finished 2nd and Ghazanfar Agha firnished 3rd.

Both Mithi and Jhal rallies are expected to have "stock" category, so now one does need hi fi fancy off roaders to compete. Any stock off roader will do.

were these corollas/fielders actually running in the rally or they were only testing the track???

There is a car category, so yes, we were actually competing..

i raced in my all wheel drive fielder, it handled superbly.. wish i had the 1.8 liter one instead of 1.5 liter model.
