Thanks a lot friend
Well, the ticket will vary between Rs. 60K-70K. Some airlines that operate from Lahore are Kuwait Air, Qatar Air, Gulf Air, Emirates, Etihad. I heard that Oman Air also started cheap flights for Lahore which i hope will give connecting flights for Cairo then it must be the cheapest option.
Infact i just checked rates for Oman Air and their price for Dec 1 week return is Rs.58K.
USD and Egyptian Pounds are the widely accepted currencies.
Good hotels cost around USD 200-1000.
Medium hotels would be around USD 40-100.
Cheap hotels for overnight around USD 20-40 and most of them will be around Tala'at Harb Square which is a point in city heart like ghanta ghar of Faisalabad but the difference is it has only 6 bazaar streets as compared to 8 of ghanta ghar
Traveling may be done by cheap taxis which look like this and fare range is 10-50 LE (Egyptian pounds)

You may use private taxi as well to book it for whole day which can be fully negotiated and will depend on your trip sequence.
