am having this tool with me at home and they have mentioned the same protocal .this obd2 scanner having sotware etc etc but its not working i tried too much but finaly i have to realize my baleno and ur cultus is obd1 after lots of researches so now its up to you this cable costed me including curior 102$ if u want this tool from me u can have it try ur luck but it wont work it only works with obd2 complaints car not tested with honda but i think it will work with honda
