Total quartz 9000 is fully synthetic. Whereas, shell hx7 is semi synthetic. So total 9000 is better for the engine.
If ur engine is in good condition and doesn't reduce or burn oil then use 5w30 oil like total quartz 9000. Otherwise u can use any 5w40 oil available in the market.

Go for zic 5w 20. That is closest and covers 0w-20 grade.
Or any brand with 5w20, 0w30 grades

a 20 weight oil is not recommended for karachi.
I did long research on grades and oil. It is absolutely fine to use 20 grade oil in Karachi.
@arzaam.bhatti @xulfiqar plz guide here. as per my knowledge from pakwheels, the jdm manuals do not account for the extreme running conditions in karachi. I would recommend zic 0w30, total quartz 9000 5w30 or shell hx7 5w30
Recommended oil is 10W40 you can use ZIC A 3 litre pack.
