Okay it wasn't really that. The condition was that if you were playing a pirated game, you could play it- you just weren't allowed on live.

Bilal my Xbox 360 is banned from live forever, it is a cat and mouse game , you can run but you cannot hide , specially from a company like Microsoft which makes software for living ,

BTW , if there is way to play modded 360 on live then how to do it .
