Liqui moly Engine flush is a waste of money.
Recommend oil for your car is 5w30.
Kindly shift to total, pso, shell 5w30 oil and good oil filter.
Change oil at 3k km for first time.
Afterwards change it every 5k km.
Engine reducing oil is not a big problem. Top it up whenever it reduces. If it's reducing 400-500ml after 2-3k it's not a big problem.
Get compression test done and share the results here.
