well, you seem to me quite a meticulous fellow. Anyhow i'm not a native english speaker but as far as i know, there is nothing wrong with the first part of the sentence. The word "unless" can be used in a number of different ways. So keeping that in mind, both the following forms would be considered right:

1) Unless you don't activate your account you will not be able...

2) Unless you activate your account you will not be able...

as far as the second part is concerned, it doesn't really matter as long as the message gets across. "log in" or login" both can be used interchangeably. Regarding the use of "the" before the word "website" is concerned, yes it should have been there because the website in question was a specific one i.e. PW, but still doesnt really matter.

and what is "guru shanti"? if its a hindi word why would you use it?

nothing wrong with using any of the words from any language, but using "hindi" terminology in your conversation shows the extent of bollywood's influence on you, which to me is not something to be very proud of.

It’s not about conveying the message. It’s about HOW you do it.
If the members of PW are grammatically incorrect, it DOESN’T matter. But it does matter when the webmaster of PW makes mistakes.

I use Hindi words because they sound funny. My younger brother (he is 12) is fond of bollywood movies and throws in Hindi words whenever he gets a chance to talk to me…and it’s not the crime.
