I got 10400mAh one original from here(verified on website). Its very good for the price and beats the other power banks in same price/specs. I get 3 charges easily on galaxy s4(2600mAh battery from 20 to 100%). You can check reviews, specs and teardowns online to see how good it is.

Try power bank from TP-LINK. Its easily available in computer/networking shops. I bought it for Rs. 2600/-
I had the same Galaxy S4 (I9500) and the power bank used to charge it 4,5 times.
It has two output ports, 2A and 1A.

I've account on Aliexpress, first I need to activate session by calling HBL helpline and then enter card details to make a purchase, that's it? Or any other activation etc is also needed? Will it be safe as well, bcz unlike prepaid wiz or mcb lite, it's a bank account.

Yes brother followed the above procedure

There's no need of any other activation

It's hundred percent safe session is activated for 2 hours and then it will be deactivated automatically

And you can decide how much is a amount you want to use and how many attempts you will make to buy the your desired product

I ve ordered a few things on Ali express. And my experience is not at all very good. Ist of all the quality of the items are very pathetic on return I never got my money back. The real and the posted one are so different. I ve tried it several times but they were consistent in disappointing.

You should do some research before ordering, specially read reviews and see how many orders are currently placed from that merchant. There are hundreds of options for the same product so research before placing order.

Secondly keep an eye on the purchase protection period and talk with the seller before it expires. In most cases the seller extends the purchase protection. After waiting for sometime (my threshold is 3 months) tell the seller that you're going to open dispute for refund. It is better to always keep communication with the seller.
