The sale is fake! They increased the normal prices and then applied some percentage of 11.11 sale like xiaomi piston v3 price is 17-20$ now they increased it to 35-40$ and on sale it will be available for 18+1.3$= 19.3$

You are right in such that only sellers participating in sale are premium sellers, that means their prices are already hiked so the discount doesn't seem much. Like piston 3 can be found around 15$ at all times.

But that is why I asked here. Do you guys found any item that is genuinely low priced. I am looking at Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 at 140$ and Meizu M2 mini at 100$. I have following these phones for sometime and they have never been this cheep before. Feel free to correct me if I am mistaken.

Don't forget anything hopefully you will get your items inshaAllah, however keep the postman of your area happy by offering him raward of Rs. 50 atleast everytime he bring an order for you. This way he will always remember u as a nice person in his list and deliver you items honestly.
This is my tested technique and works equally everywhere.

1) first of all try to filter the search result according to seller rating, feedback and number of orders, the seller you mentioned above never sold this phone as feedback is null so avoid such sellers

2) depends upon shipping method, if you select free shipping then either a postman will deliver it on ur door step or will call you to come to post office and collect the parcel after paying some chaye pani

3) you can pay either by credit card (master/visa) or westeren union.... CC is safe option

i suggest you to order low cost items first, in this way you will learn all the tricks of the sellers... and also the delivery process will be cleared to you

So if I am understanding correctly, you need to send documents related to order at PTA email address to obtain NOC. But it also requires IMEI of the device. So we have to wait first for the phone to be received at post office. Then go check its IMEI and then apply for NOC.

Has somebody got experience of doing this? Is it manageable and practical?
