If buyer protection has expired or is just about to, you can file a dispute. That said, I can say safely that in 90-95% of delayed or failed deliveries, its not the seller at fault. Alibaba has a great feedback system whereby they rate sellers and if some seller has received negative feedback consistently, they penalize them. You will find sellers almost begging you to give them 5/5 feedback. It helps them improve sales and also avoid any issues with the site authorities.
In the 11/11 sales, China post is strained and stretched to the max of its abilities and its not uncommon for orders to arrive right near the end of buyer protection.

Yes i knew it already Seller miscommit with me... i Paid them for EMS bcz i have a strong Reference at EMS department but seller Team shown over smartness and send me through DHL..

Now if i don't Get NOC within 15days then DHL start charging me... i Hope will Get it on between Tuesday to Friday...

Yes Bro i wish the Same but Seller forcing me to not open dispute... seller asked me to clear the Shipment after that they will definitely compensate on duties and taxes charged...

Lets see what they will do it to me.. am not going to Leave them easily.. DHL really a big Headache...

I didnt faced any problem till now unless you enter correct spelling or the name which you have wrote on the application form of wiz card ....
