I ordered a hands free from Ali Express. 1 Month has passed and I have not received the parcel. The buyer protection ends in 3 days. Should i request for increase buyer protection time or should i go for refund ?

It's up to you if you ask for refund you will receive the amount in the procedure as you pay for, but better would be you should ask for extend protection period.

Extend the protection time, 1 month is nothing [emoji3] at least wait for 3 months after that you can claim refund

Did your brother gave his home address in riyadh?
Or has your brother purchased a saudi post?
Do they call you to collect the parcel from post office once it arrives in riyadh or do they deliver it to your residence?

The shipping address is his office Adress and parcel came into Companies P.O Box
from there a driver from the company who is assigned and authorised to pickup from the P.O Box mail box collected and delivered to my brother in the office

if its held at customs you will see an update that parcel sent to customs in destination country. but 75 % of the time the tracking information does not update. and custom will send you a letter regarding your parcel.

Aliexpress is far better then Pakistani online stores. Daraz.pk is is doing fraud. Despite advanced payment and order confirmation, they are cancelling the order after 20 days stating the reason that its out of stock and refunding process is hell slow.
