Waqas Gul Sahab, HMB=Habib Metro Bank, right? i don't know particularly about the HMB card but mostly debit or credit cards with the power of visa means if they have "visa" logo they can be used internationally, but most of the banks don't support internationally they just allow you to do transactions within Pakistan. An example is the Askari Bank Visa Debit card, i have Askari Visa card but can't make any online transaction or international, i called their helpline assuming that it might be some session activation issue but on contrary the told that their visa debit card is only valid in Pakistan not globally and for global access i can buy n use their Master card. So for confirmation of your HMB card u should better consult ur branch or helpline, they can guide you better in this regard.
Now come to the Aliexpress, yes u can buy watches, jewellery, clothes, shoes etc from there and for cheaper products u will find option there which will list the items price wise lets suppose "higher to lower" or "lower to higher" prices. and before buying you should the number of orders, number of feed backs and their reviews, and also seller's rating on a rate scale of 5 points. and u can see whether the shipping is free or not, if shipping is not free then u can see the similar products with free shipping, u just need to see everything thoroughly before orderings, and like few friends are mentioning here that China post registered mail is better option so u can go with that shipping method whether the sellers ships free or charge a nominal shipping fee.
