I have bought 3 cell phones from aliexpress till now and have ordered 4th one 15 days ago...i have received 3 phones without any NOC FRM PTA or any custom duty...i don't know how did i get them without any problem

As for the NOC from PTA it would be so difficult to get that, so I'm just confused

Actually I'm looking for Xiaomi redmi note 3 (2gb ram 16 gb storage) which is for around $168 on aliexpress. If someone has imported and willing to sell it then it can also get the job done.

Bro its not wise to order bcoz you will have to pay approx 18600 (111/$) and will apply for NOC again hassle thirdly if custom guys asked for 5k custom however on paper the custom duty on smartphone is 250rs but inka pata nai chalta,,,,,
