I bought from sinotrack(check the link i provided), one you linked is not from sinotrack but some other company, you have to ask them if they provide web server access and app support.You can see live stats as well whole day activity on server, everything is recorded, you can see each place where he went, where he stopped and for how may minutes he stopped,what was his speed, there is no hiding:P from it.
It is very easy to link to server, just a web address and login,password is required. It just needs a fast connection to work. I used mobilink and data bundle of 300 MB for a month is enough(about 180 rs in mobilink).
Another tip is that you buy extra batteries from market, the battery in this one is BL-5B battery from nokia(local ones from AR also available), you can get that in rs. 200 from market, get them charged and keep with you and replace when one battery is discharged.One battery works for 5-6 hours.The one i have provided link has a magnetic back cover so i hide it in the trunk as it sticks to body easily and can't be located easily.
It is also very good for monitroing kids, just place it in their bags.
There is also option of linking the device to car battery, for that you have to buy a seperate car charger, in that case you haven't to replace it and charge daily.
