Using aliexpress service, mobile phone is detained at custom lahore or at local city post office?

Guys i need some help. Today i got a Detention Memo from Pakpost for the tracker i ordered. In short, it says that the article will be delivered after its clearance.

What should i do and expect now? I wont be home during morning and afternoon time so will the post man directly ask for some money?

like every1 in lhr faced, u'll have to go there n spend some 2-3hr n in the end meet the guy with topi and tasbeeh in hand asking for bribe openly
after that postman will deliver it to ur home
should have asked the seller to write something else, there's 100% custom on car parts including tracker to discourage its import

Guys what Happens the parcel comes and i am not home or nobody is at home ?

When that happened to me, the postman threw it inside home. Once he threw so high that it went on car shade lol.

when he came to my house, light was gone so after waiting for me, he called me n gave it to me no throws

u r lucky that he atleast threw them n not kept them, well if there's no proper tracking i,e simple post then he'll surely keep it for himself

seller agreed to write "car alarm" on it and reduce value but as u say, there is duty on car parts, they didnt spare it.

car alarm, why? another person did exactly the same thing here.
avoid writing car at all, tracker cost was 25$ n he paid 3000 custom on it n it had car alarm written on it

if its send through china ordinary mail then you cannot track it after it reached Pakistan, but if its shipped through any registered mail, then it can be tracked after it reached Pakistan

if a person ships items from china to pak, via courier service. is he liable to pay duty?

I am regular buyer on Ali Express. It is best online international shopping place where who ship you the product. Very reliable and trustworthy. But if you purchase anything Customable item, if through DHL delivery, they charge custom the time of delivery. If through China Post then custom Authority detain it at GPO and issue a letter to you to come personally and clear your item after a time consuming process of 2 to 3 hours. So always prefer DHL for Customable items.

what are customable items? any list sort of thing is available
