How much time did it take to receive after seller agreed to refund?

i saw refund completed on ali express around at 12 pm then i waited 3 4 hour there was no refund in my lite account then i contacted mcb lite on their facebook page and told them the issue. after which i received a call from mcb i told them issue they said complain has been forwarded and after 3 4 hours i received refund on the same day. but it was not full they deducted some charges

my parcel had a tracking number through singapore post. order placed on 2nd feb, and on 17feb was recieved in karachi. but not at home. today checked with post office, the idiots had delievered to wrong address on 18th feb.. now no idea what address they sent too...

ask the seller to contact china post and them the issue. china post will teach pak post a good lesson. try your luck for partial refund or full

Seller initiated refund request on 8th march.
And im still not refunded with the amount.

for me it took 2days n they accepted the dispute

did they show charges in the statement? i divided the pkr amount by usd amount n rate came out to b 101rs so maybe i was charged too

did they show charges in the statement? i divided the pkr amount by usd amount n rate came out to b 101rs so maybe i was charged too

no only the amount. there is no way to find exact chrages. their system is unpredictable once i was charged less then the dollar rate in pakistan lol.

well it takes around 7 to 15 for aliexpress to verify the transaction and reverse it. to track reversal log in from computer browser select all orders browse to the refund orders and put your mouse icon(dont click) to refund progress it will show.

I m soo happy that i have received kids tracker watch today. I can use it for my kid plus in car both. Havnt paid any additional custom duty for it and price was 22$ only.

The working and efficency is still to be tested. I ll share results later.

the other order from China post ordered on 22nd Feb is still waiting
