called IMO to check duty on that smart watch, he gave me the same break down % that was written on customs receipt
he said u can expect 50-60% customs on electronic items,
so they r gonna loot me on my power bank too 
i asked about car parts, he said car n bike parts or anything related to them have very high duty 100-105%
he said its less on mobile phones, its around 11-12% so for a 20k cell it will b around 2400rs
different categories different duties
he talked in pretty detail about all of it n didnt rush to end call like normally a govt office would do
their office is in chaklala so yea its better to pay custom at ur door step than to fight for it at their office, they r gonna still charge the same n u'd end up wasting ur fuel n time going that far
he said if some one sends u gift items of upto 20k then no tax on that, if excess then it'll be taxed
however if u order anything through online sites then it'll be taxed even if its $2
