I have got this entry level cheap dash cam. It did not come with a memory card you will have to buy a separate class 10, 32 GB memory card which I got of Kingston brand from Blue Area islamabad for 950/rs.

I have also ordered one more card from Aliexpresss.com. The box contains windshield mount, a usb cable and a power cord which you plug into car cig lighter socket. HDMI cable is not included. The camera does not have a battery of its own. Yes it records voice and video both and you can disable voice recording with push of just a button. Quality is good for the price.

n result was quite good

I also ordered the same and got in 17 days it's excellent, this one is a normal range Dvr in 20$, search shows that high end one are above 59 till 100$

Less value declared and description saved it from customs i guess. If there was written "car camera" or something similar it would surely have some duty on it

No custom duty paid. It automatically powers on/off. You can do it manually also. It is powered from car cig lighter socket.

It does not matter what value is declared. Customs people know everything. I did not give any instructions to shipper. Total $ amount is listed in the link in my previous post was something 19-20.

if word "car" is mentioned then atleast 100% custom duty is imposed n since u r in lhr customs will detain it too

I mean to say i paid the the charges for registered post with traceable tracking number, but the seller sent me the parcel via unregistered post (untraceable, and the number starts like 1234567), normally the tracking number starts with alphabet, so i want open dispute for not sending me the parcel through unregistered post ...

Before the time period expires even if you open a dispute, it will be useless.
Wait for the parcel. Then take its picture and compare with the fake tracking number he gave you and then open the dispute
