i have order only few things and Yes they arrived with NO Duty.
Now i need a laser Tube of around 40 W or greater than this for my FYP. thinkg to order it from aLIEXPRESS.
i want to know that will there be any DUTY by pak post or not?
or is there any need to get NOC for this?

It's an electric item it may be stopped at customs. Why are you scared of NOC? I imported phone from aliexpress my oneplus X (typing from it now[emoji14]) it got stopped at customs and I got it cleared by paying 2500 RS

OK guys need your opinion. As mentioned earlier, i got my fastest delivery of smart watch in 14 days but the stupid seller sent the wrong color, i ordered silver and he sent black. He has apologized and told that if i return the watch he will send silver and will reimburse the postage, i went to TCS and they said they don't send electronic items, went to GPO and they say that electronic item for export package may be detained by customs and i may loose my watch. What you say, should i keep it. If anybody wants this watch please let me know, below is the link, it is in black color and original pictures are also available. Price which i paid 63.22 dollars(now it is on sale on 61.04 dollars)

the item just got passed from customs without any1 looking at it otherwise mentioning gift doesnt matters unless its ur relatives sending you the item
only in that case there's no tax upto 20k for gifts

The duty is not the sellers problem. .
We have to to take care of it...
When ppl start opening disputes due to custom issues. The seller stops shipping to that country. I have got many messages from disgruntled sellers who say we wont send to your country.

my brother ordered some stuff from aliexpress like sunglasses,jewellery an OBD2 scanner etc
payment was done via credit card and was delivered by pakistan post (free shipping)
While ordering ask them to declare the item as a gift some sellers do it anyway

90% of sellers added this in detail description of items that custom or any duty levied in buyer's country are not the responsibility of sellers and they can't accept such disputes. So don't open any dispute on false grounds. If you don't receive your item then you loose your money as well your delivery.

it worked fine tried it on my City 2004 and worked like a charm
its only good for basic diagnosis and code clearing and doesnt work on all protocols like it didnt work on my dads terios kid and a 2008 lancer
if your willing to spend a few more $$$ then a launch scan tool would be better
