Yes! When the seller rejects the claim then u can escalate the dispute after 1 or 2 days Akiexpress will ask u and seller to provide proof, if guaranteed time is already expired like 39 days eg then provide the proof and Aliexpress will then process it...(most of the time seller accept at this stage due to lack of proof) and sends u msg k "we are accepting your dispute and giving you full refund please give us positive 5 star feedback [emoji13]
I usually give them neutral rating so they continue shipping to Pakistan

yes you got 15 days to open dispute, after "confirms good received" , snap your parcel postage info as a proof and attach it to the dispute form by uploading it, only if you have paid for registered post, if you have not paid separately for registered post, then dont open dispute

If you received the parcel safe and sound them plz don't open the dispute... Otherwise these sellers will stop shipping to Pakistan like on Amazon eBay etc..

i opened dispute after 60 days where as seller had mentioned 39
so i guess that is why he didnt reject my claim but accepted it after 3 days himself

seems like china post registered small packet r not opened by custom n so reach quickly, where as china reg takes more times, i got the other one in just 6 days but regular sized r still in transit

Yar ye ubl wiz card banwanai ka kya procedure ha,..... lhr ma dou branches pe gaya..dunu barnches pe ubl wiz card ka nam sun ke hei chalo hu gai bank walai......or bahanai karne lag gai..aik kehta ha dou din tak aa jain..card khatam hain..dosra kehta ha bhai es pe bara jali kam hu ra ha internet pe.............aap apne boss se leter likhwa ke lain..ke aapne card kuo banwana ha..kaha use karna ha..and boss ijazat de leter pe...or sign karai..or stamp lagai........yar kesi ne ubl wiz card banwaya ha..tu plz guide me.

Btw happened with me... Same status.. It means the item is enroute back to the seller. Due to customs issue in their own country.

Or u will wait for few days. And it might reach u
