Pakistan is there but Gear Best works only with pay pal, you can pay it by paypal.
You should have a paypal account and you can add funds in paypal account or use debit card with paypal.
I think from Pakistan you can only add funds from some exchanges in your paypal account. (Debit card may be does not work with paypal, you can consult with you card issuer as There had been a couple of financial issues among Pakistan and PayPal, that?s why PayPal doesn?t offer his services in Pakistan.).
Just open sign up in paypal and add funds in you account then you can buy.

No u can't, there is no big difference in prices of gear best and aliex + gear best used some unknown cheap shipping which is very slow 40 days on average + gearbest return is a big problem (no third party escalation)

Sadly i can't be able to order those now :S and PaypAl ka to mujhe pata tha ke Pakistan main nahin chalta,I order on Aliexpress via Debit card and i thought yahan bhi debit card chal jaye ga but......

dont get into paypal mess, you'll end up getting ur funds stuck in there with a limited account
just find online currency exchanger who deals in paypal n ask him to pay on ur behalf

well u can hope that it wont be an issue but there is a duty of 100% on anything that has "car mentioned" basically car parts even gps trackers too or car alarm etc
