My item as per 17track.net has reached pakistan , but in Post office site it do not show the status of receiving rather it shows item insert in to bag in origin country

i ordered two usb's from same seller
one is giving 1A current which is acceptable but other is giving less current n sometimes it drops down further too, tried with different chargers
so how to dispute this, i was thinking to confirm received n then dispute but i think that always closes favourably with seller? @TechMan

First contact seller and explain situation to him
He will say that ok I will send you new item. If this is acceptable to you then ask him to increase purchase protection and wait for new item
If you want refund then open dispute. Do not press "Confirm Received".
Inside dispute chose the option which says something that the product is not as described or it is defective and in comments section mention this what you have experience i.e. voltage dropping.
If you have already opened dispute and supplier says that I will send you again then you can cancel the dispute with out any problem BUT MAKE SURE that purchase protection time is available. If purchase protection has expired and you cancel dispute then game over.

i was going to suggest that but that can only tell about charger not of usb cable, i have one too, checks charger pretty good but for cable ampere app works fine on android, others not so much
