i am talking to seller but he just keeps stalling, first he replied me after 4days saying that makr a video lol, i sent him pics showing that his cable is giving current of 540mA and that same charger with aukey cable is giving full 1.3A current, now he replied me this
i am thinking to just open the dispute now as he's just stalling and nothing else,

When you'll check the dispute there will be an option to escalate it to Ali Express team. Do that only if the seller doesn't cooperate with you
