i didn't recieved my only one order in 10 which was usb light worth .89$ . Rest they just open my car key case which i found in two pieces fortunately it had a missing nut and was open not broken.

It doesn't make a difference whether it is marked gift or not. If customs thinks its dutiable item, they will impose duty on it.

I want to order a machine via ali express. Its weight would be around 3-4kg and size of package would be around 4ft in length and its price around 200$. I will ask the seller to mention price around 30-50 $.
Now what could be the customs n tax charges of importing this weight, size n price product??
Any rough idea so that I can estimate the total price of product???

No one can give you rough ideab because officers put duty and custom by their own wish by categorise product in custom tarriff.
But mention price lower but they always charge according to price but it is not sure they will accept invoice price or impose by their own idea.

Gift has a policy to be receive from out of country and if it is not much valuable then there would not be a duty like I bought camera DSLR Canon D60 with all accessories price was written first USD$800 then I bring new invoice USD200 as everybody knows item is not USD200 costs so they charge almost 100% duty on USD200 which was approx USD150 I have paid to them so better not to buy such expensive things online, in case if you want to buy then first check seller agreed on low price mention then mention as gift via any scheme and then have tie up in GPO with guys as they are only people who are making problems.

Bro abv usd200 as one shipment or as one article should not be increase??

How to get your parcel delivered a little faster:

1) track your parcel on pakistan post website
2) When the status shows that the parcel is sent to customs in your own city (LHR, KHI or ISL or any other city), call the local postman (Have their numbers with you, develop repo with them) and he will deliver your parcel faster. Usually it can take 10-15 days for parcel to be delivered after the status appears to be "sent to customs for examination", however if you call him and have a good repo, he will deliver it in 2 days max. (tried and tested)

3) When the parcel delivers, he would usually ask Rs. 20-40 as custom repacking charges, just give me 50 Rs. and he will be obliged and will deliver your parcels quicker. Can also offer him water or juice once in a while and he will be more than obliged.
