Strange situation. I ordered an item in March through China Post Registered Air Mail. The item status got stuck somewhere in April and after that there was no update. So I asked seller to refund me which he did. Now two days ago seller messaged me that since I have received the item, is it possible that I pay him now.

I checked status and tracking shows "Delivered to TechMan"!!

Since I am not at home so I asked my family if they received any parcel during last few days but they said no parcel received. Very strange. I have asked them to call GPO and find out status about that parcel. Let's see what happens.

So guys one question. I've imported small items from aliexpress around 20 of them from which 19 of them reached me one got lost somewhere. Duty was not charged on any of them. The issue is that the post man used to throw packages in my porch or outisde home as no signatures are required. Now again, I'm thinking to import few items worth 8-10k the will be big in size. So i was worried if duty is required, how will I have to pay it? How can i make sure that my orders are not just thorwn outside? If detained, where is the customs office in Islamabad? I can't risk 8-10k.

If you are ordering a big consignment from one seller then the chances of duty and taxes will be high.
Post office impose duty and deliver it to you usually but you can go to Lhr..khi..islmd/pindi IMO where ever you are located and do bargain directly to them for less duty.
Dhl and other such shippers do it by themself and give you documemts this is duty which you will pay to shipping company.
If the goods are coming by post then use Registered mail with tracking number.

Ask from you local post man and comfirm it from post office if it has delivered where is my signature sheet.

My post man had kept my several parcels now i use my friend's address and product arrived smoothly even if it ordinary mail.

Is it necessary for them to get signatures? bcz i thought it was not necessary plus its Pak Post

They have to get the recipient's signatures. Previously my postman would knock on the door and get signatures for all registered parcels. But lately, he's just throwing parcels into the house. So I guess he's signing the confirmation receipt himself.

They come first at Chaklala Dry port Rawalpindi. My adress is also in Islamabad. First product is inspected there before handing over to Islamabad post.go there with your CNIC and most probably you can take your product.

Just to share my Experience, I ordered an egg incubator worth 42USD, I placed order on 5th June, the seller shipped the product on 13th June. The parcel was shown in China Internal Transit and finally its status was set to 'insert item into bag in origin country' on 19th June.

There has been no change in the Tracking status of my order since then but i just received the parcel. I have to pay Custom Duty of RS 1992/= to the Post man and he handed me the parcel along with the receipt of that Custom Process.

I asked the seller to declare the actual price but seller accidentally declared Half of the price. Custom was charged as per declared price. I bought oneplus x phone before 4 months.

This is the delivery status of the my order.
Accrding to this where will be the order now?
It means the order has been delivered to post office or will this aramex service itself delivers the order????
And what about customs? At which office centre the customs duty etc are imposed???
And what if the customs has imposed heavy duty and when the parcel reaches me, what if I needed to talk about it?? Can I not receive the parcel? Should I do it???
