I have 5 little valve caps with key chain(bought $5), a set of 6 inch pads for my polisher(set for $6), 4 center caps of rims barely 60mm each(bought $5) and a Mugen neck lanyard along with a car key shell (bought $4). Will customs apply?

yes its registered parcel ........ what are the chances that the parcel will be tracked and they it to the consignee ..... in other words have you or anyone else tried it and got successful

In every post there is registered as well as in registered service open pak post website and track it if it shows details there then the shipping is via registered

Hongkong air post is registered i checked ut says parcel leave hongkong for destination countary
Also pak post office website showing my item thats its coming to pak on tracking

I couldn't track parcels through pak post (Regstd) ones had to use either the shipping companys website or 7track (if thats the correct name)

My parcel will arrive today..i asked dhl about custom clearance in pakistan they said i will have give them letter of authorisation for clearance of my parcel..without that they cannot clear it..does anyone here had same issue with dhl ?

Payment method is upto you. You can open dispute and get refund if they rip you off etc. OnePlus Lcd panel is also available there for ~$30 and they don't charge custom on it generally.

Just request seller to ship it via registered post and provide you the tracking number.

Better alternative to Aliexpress:

Those peoples who are facing sellers issue from aliexpress can order items from another company based website know as bangood which don't have their sellers. This website has its one warehouse. I have spent about $1000+ on this site with positive response.
