Yes it is a sale on 11th November. I remember from last year that a few days before the sale, all existing sales were finished and on 11th Nov, the sale price was more or less close to previous sale price.
But some items that weren't on sale before could be purchased at a lower price.

Yes the November sale , and you should not wait for the sale bcz its not a real sale, the price was 30$ they increased to $35 and now again will to $30 in sale, and yes if your order is more than store specified then you can get and use discount coupon... Secondly buy from official seller ask him to mark lower value and mention only CCTV or webcam.Can't say something about customs...
