Don't assume that they will leave it without customs, May be they apply tax and customs, they will not accept the invoice even if it is 25USD, {Depends on your luck according to your luggage }
Some time they open and check each and evertying and some time they put duty on declared value.

Just order two watches and paid 1.71$ dollar each for china registered mail but seller shipped with singapore post which was free. Now arise dispute or remain silent?

If they gave you Tracking number for Singapore post which ends with "SG" then it is better than China Mail.
Just accept it and wait for parcel.
If they sent you by Singapore Ordinary service without tracking number then you can send message to seller and negociate what they say. (Also In this case you have to wait for the parcel and if not arrived then open dispute)

Yes I applied it myself. Not difficult but surface has to be prepared well before application of glass coating.

Just because you never paid duty on the same item before, does not mean it does not carry any duty. Customs does not have time to look at each and every parcel. Sometimes you get lucky.

The easy way is to pay the duty. I think 2700 is pretty reasonable for a $75 item. You don't want to deal with customs directly. You will only end up wasting your time.

2:ask the seller to mark item at low price
3: Luck

I got 15k item w/o any duty ,on the other hand duty was imposed on 6k (rupees) item
