Every Pakistani knows SCB do not wish to entertain small customers. They welcome big time investors or high earning individuals. With a pay in six figures they even dont entertain me with smiley face. I feel myself a burden on them. They are bound to open basic banking accounts, but they try to avoid it as their first policy. They only open it once its inevitable either due pawa or due your stubbornness. So better to look fot alternate options. Like even with SCB card, i prefer to use UBL internet card as option 1 and HBL credit card as option 2. HBL otherwise gives you best deals in town on wide ranging items.

I am using ubl wiz card since 2 years... no problem so far... no rule changed by the bank yet.. can also be used for online railway ticket booking payment..
And it was easily made by the branch on my first visit,

This is somewhat true. When I was applying for SCB credit card, the Customer Service lady who was verifying my signature was kind of rude at first, but when she checked my account info on computer she was like Sir, Sir!

refunds take almost 2 weeks to receive i myself use meezan bank always recieved refund via aliexpress though a bit late

For Pakistani buyers, after obtaining NOC from PTA, you have to pay following taxes.. Customs Duty Rs. 750 Sales tax Rs. 1000 3percent value tax on total price, With holding tax 9percent of total value. If you total all these taxes its around Rs 4200approximately. worth buying better than used ones.

this is a rough estimate brother, may vary little... but the bottom line is noc from pta. fone must have imei number.. all customs duties are to be paid.
