Theoretically, you can claim full refund even after receiving the parcel.

But in all such cases, AliExpress and the seller will look into the matter and only issue such refund if your complaint is valid.

Because bank is only responsible for that money which are unfortunately deducted by bank system by mistake.
But you can claim to aliexpress with valid reason after parcel arrived.
