Hbl is now charging 3% witholding tax and another ~3.5-4% card transaction fee? Whats going on with hbl. Ok i get it that govt impossed the 3% tax for non filers, but what is this card transaction fee.

i am charged 1% on HBL, because i am a FIler, but from last one year or so i have never been charged any transaction fee. They used to charge 4% long way back (about 2 years ago) but not now (according to my experience)

One of my order didn't came , I opened dispute on 20 july the amount is $3.50 how long it will take for refund ?

it usually take 7 to 10 or maybe 15 days (after they have agreed to refund) to get your refund in your account.

I am using aliexpress purchase from last 3 months. I have 2 question and one experince which i want to share with community.
Experince first : products that I purchased via china post ordinary small packet method never ever reached to me, by tracking them its seen that they are successfull transfered to shenzen post, and then blank after 90 days i dont receive them.
2ndly the items whixh i order through china post air mail regestered post shipping method shows on tracking " ISLAMABAD INTERNATIONAL MAIL OFFICE, receive item at office of exchange in destination country" then no proceeding in tracking.
And 3rd experice is with aliexpress shipping method by this method i receive all items.
Now my Question 1 ; I want to order an arm rest for my car which is off pak 3700 Rs. So is any custom duty onit or not ?
Q 2; how to find lost shipment or shipment that shows that are received at islamabad internatonal off, but not arrived to my city say Attock. To which post off petsonel i contact to solve unarrived items issue. I think post off ya custom ka amla kuch parcel khud ghaib kr daita hai

As for the products not reaching your home contact your local Post office and get angry at them. Bohat chor k bachay bethay hotay hain post offices mein. They receive the product and keep it . If you visit they will give it you making excuses k banda ayya tha apke ghar aap thay nai and etc etc so humne socha aap khud a k le jain gay
Gullibale and saada people just think it got lost. Go and check and demand your package and if its not there complain to the head office islamabad

Asal main jo cheez ali express ke shipping under ati hai wo sub receieve ho jati hain , per jo china post ordinary small packet k under ati hai wo receive ni ho rahee . tu kia post office walay kuch cheezing rukh lataitay hain aur kuch day ditsy hain ?
Sur ali express ke express shiping ka yh kamal b hai kh app ko msg ata rhta hai jaisay ab pakistan a gai, phir ab islamabad aa gai, phir even yh msg b ata hai kh app k related dirict k post office aa gai hai,.
Jub kh china post main yh sub ni hota.

they keep the stuff at the office and simple people dont collect them within 1 month they say k koi lenay nai ayya tou rakh lo apnay paas,
Always go to the office and ask k mera package kahan hai

I use Meezan and yesterday on 9 September i did a transaction of $12.10 and got charged including all taxes etc rs1570.85
So dollar costed 129.822

Saad bhai if custom wala impose more duty then given, then wha5 can we do ? I mean suppose my related custom office is in lahore and i am in sarghoda then i have to go lahore for complaint and settle the matter ?
Plz guide?

If any extra duty is imposed. There will be slip or recipient and on that it will be mentioned what type of duty was imposed at what percent

If its some error or anything then you will have to go to lahore. Basically the custom office which stoped your order should be in your own city but if lahore office stopped it then you will have to go to lahore

Dear all,

I need to send some faulty smartwatch back to china for warranty purpose.

I tried sending through pakpost, tcs etc.
Pakpost staff asked me to remove battery because they are denying such packages with battery. Value of watch is around 150$ and is one unit piece. Others are denying or charging very high >5000 rs.

Your suggestions are required if you have prior experience of sending items back to china.
