AoA to all , I am newbie to ali-express. I ordered a product of worth 30$ . I was tracking my order and the latest update is that it is sent to customs. Is this just normal inspection or my package is detained ? If its just an inspection then how much duty is expected to be imposed on the package and how many days would it take to be delivered . The subject matter is cooling fan of computer

Wa Alaikum Salam. It is not too uncommon for a parcel to be detained. Even if it is inspection, they may levy a repackaging fee on you. Usually packages reach your home with a customs receipt of charge and you have to pay the postman in cash. If the package does not make it to your home in a couple of days, visit the GPO and they should be able to tell you where to collect your package.

I think I am not going to order from AliExpress anymore since I also have not been receiving my parcels for last 2 months and there are around 7-8 parcels which just disappeared.. according to Ali Express they have been delivered but no idea who received them.

Post office mein corrupt log hain bohat zaida. They keep the packages with them selves for 2-3 months and then people like you (who dont know the process) dont go to the Post office and demand the package, they either take it home or sell it.
Whenever a package doesn't arrive go to the Post office and demand your package.
If they make excuses write a letter to Head Office GPO

Exactly,
some of my parcels were stopped and then I filed a complaint about it to Post office in Islamabad and it arrived with in a week.
Now they open package and steal some items from them and delivered and post man said it was opened by customs.
I am gonna fila a complaint again against this issue.
Lets see what they do now.

File a complaint against it, usually post man does this, recieved from Post office and told them it was delivered.
Go to post office and give them a written application and they will dafinitely review it.
If the postman was responsible then he will approach you to say I missed it somewhere else.

Always complaint for undelivered packages if they don't come after 30 days. Complaints are very effective. Apart from complaint, also visit Post Office to ask about undelivered packages.

It has been observed, that undelivered parcels are kept by Post Office and delivered ONLY after complaint. If no complaint is made, they keep it for themselves.

Lots of frauds are going on related to undelivered packages and if it keeps happening like that, AliExpress will stop shipping to Pakistan eventually.

How we get sender address and sender city to file the complaint ?

you can find it in tracking details or contact seller directly but I think it does not need , you can put CHIINA only .
Better to call on Help Line and submit your complaint but write down all details before calling them as they ask for everything.
The pirce, Order date, how did you pay , how much shipping etc...

Well I have ordered dozens of times from AliExpress and only once a package was not delivered since it was sent by an unregistered post. I always give some tip to postman so he happily brings all my packages. Most of the time, it's the postman who steals your item if it's not already detained by customs. In the whole chain of delivery process, postman is the only one who is the least paid, so he could be blamed more than others. But it's just my opinion. Yes, there is huge level of corruption in Pakistan Post and there are crooks sitting in customs and post offices who would just steal your packages considering it "baap ka maal".

I have bought numerous items from AliExpress and may be only one package was lost and only one package (camera drone) was detained but i even got that without paying any TIP OR BRIBE

U can get bit more detail on pakistan post site by entering the tracking number. Normally items are delivered in 3 weeks time but sometimes it can take longer. The longest i had to wait was around 35 days.
