Products have delivery charges listed on the product page, many small products are shipped for free. The delivery guy may charge you Rs 30 due duty. Exchange rate is probably going to cost you 2 rupees per dollar extra compared to open market rate so a $10 product listed with free delivery may cost you ~1050-1080 at home, assuming USD stays at Rs 101-102.

Yes. call on 111-225-786 and ask them to open your visa card for 5minutes or 10 minutes or whatever period you like.
