Last month i cancelled 2 orders of Rs 20,000 after finding out what customs are doing now. But since sellers didn't ship the order they agreed to cancel and Aliexpress refunded the money.

I don't know what's wrong with UBL but I still didn't receive refund for 1 order and its been over 18 days now. They also previously took months to refund settlements.

The refund for other product is already complete as I used MCB Lite to pay for that.

Ordered mobile covers worth 2000pkr in may last week. Received none. Tracking shows in Pakistan but didn't receive.

earlier they do if shipment shows disputed status..

now they simply refuse and during COVID rthey loss billions under such situation.

so its better to avoid aliexpress for now or atleast for quiet some time as we alkl know the chances of arrival and issues arising.

get it local or if you find it cost effective from daraz..get it..many items are on daraz shipped from china...if prices are ok .you can order by checking reliabilty of seller and select COD...daraz chinese shipment if shipped will reach on time with no tension of refunds and all as its COD. i ordered once and within 15 days it arrived with custom clearance and all ..

Try PAk post tracking if its registered airmail

PAK POST wont even recognize standard shipping... only registered air mail .if you get lucky you will get it sooner or later...else Al fatihaa

How did you get Pakistan Post tracking number? I used "Cainiao Super Economy Global" shipping method for my order and tracking number starts with S000..... and when I enter it on Pakistan Post tracking page, nothing comes up.

The package was handed to airline from origin country (china) on april 28th, no update since then.

Yes. But you need to enter card details every time to make it work. Already saved details don't work and system gives error.
