Today I received emails from speedaf that you can collect your parcels from our center. I want to know will they deliver it on their own if i don't collect it?

is there any update on speedaf delivery issue. I've heard they have now started selfpickup option like daraz so is it official that they dont deliver?

In Lahore they don't deliver at your doorstep. You have to visit their pickup point. In other cities they deliver at home.

Ordered a package on aliexpress it is showing speedaf tracking.

Says it arrived in country, LCS3 but now says “cause of problem”.

Anyone know what it means. Cause of problem and LCS3.

Now there is another courier service that handles some parcels (starting with tracking number AECP….PK)in Pakistan and delivers through TCS. Interestingly once u use their website for tracking they will even show you TCS tracking number (written in very small font) in tracking details once parcel has reached Pakistan. Their URL is

Ordered a pair of lights from aliexpress. They were delivered by darax express (PK-Dex). The rider called me but I was unavailable so he said he'll deliver it the next day. Have him on the cctv footage putting the parcel back and leaving

Issue is the item is coming as delivered on aliexpress. When I tried to initiate the return/refund process, I get a message saying I have to wait until after 10 days when the package was first sent by the seller. But I have a warning message saying item will be considered as delivered automatically after 2 days

Darax express says to call aliexpress. What to do?

And raise complaint to Aliexpress human customer service agent not the chatbot

Riders Phone is unresponsive. Tried calling multiple times. Also sent a request for refund with pictures and cctv footage on return/refund button. Aliexpress is asking for proof the item wasn't delivered. I sent them the full video of the rider coming and leaving with the package

Package has arrived in destination country and in Your Post Office. AliExpress will ask you to collect the item from the post office rather than refunding.
And it's logical.

Rider's phone may be off because of Eid Holidays. Try now or tomorrow, or Visit Post Office and personally meet him.

I think it's better to shop from Daraz or any local online websites nowadays because of:

High delivery charges by AliExpress
Involvement of Custom duties on electric appliances
Too long time to deliver the item

So i ordered a few things from Aliexpress through the choice delivery method and all was smooth till it reached Pakistan. The status shows that it was relabled and I was given this code : AEPKS00353687DEX

Now it says the below but I am unsure as to what shipping company this code refers to

Can anyone help to track the courier company for this code? I have already tried the following:

1. Speedaf
2. Cpex
3. Dex
4. TCS
