how to get noc from pta?

One of my friend ordered using my card so i have been through it.

When the set will arrive they'll send you a letter. Visit GPO and get IMEA number of the set and send application to PTA islamabad mentioning IMEA number. They'll reply back in a week or two with NOC. Then show this to GPO. You have to pay the custom aswell. paid 3500 Rs custom on 120$ mobile. Moreover the quality of the lenovo mobile was pathetic. it is 2nd grade copy.

I am a regular buyer from Ali Express it was fine and smooth earlier nearly all items i received under 1 month time but since Ramzan sarted only 1 item received. nearly 5 items are still not received. Is it me only or others are facing the same issue? I guess Customs walon ki churriyan tez ho gyee hain ab ya phir Eid ke liye cheezain ikathi ker rahay hain. I am planning to stop shopping from it because its becoming uncertain. Please share your experience.

well thnkx for the detailed reply, quality of cell fone i think u have to be very calculative while placing order. secondly are not customs charging too much?.......do u have copies of letter received from GPO, application to PTA, and the NOC...if u can kindly upload here,,,it will be beneficial....

10 days are nothing normally things take 1 month to arrive. I have purchased a Battery bank twice one for me one for my friend no custom paid. LED Light no custom paid. But now i ordered two battery bank in 1 order and still waiting from 2 months. I guess it go stuck in custom.

Now i ordered some more low cost stuff (toys etc), lets see when they arrived and whats their quality?

Can you post the link of that lenovo mobile phone?
And why 3500 custom on 120$ mobile? It is clearly mention on fbr website that custom on mobile phones is only Rs.250 per set.

1. Address is mentioned in the letter that i sent.
2. I got a letter from GPO telling my consignment number that its held by custom and will be released after inspection but they never release until you visit.
