I need your help regarding online payment.

First i added some items in my aliexpress cart, and payment was made by HBL Visa Debit Card after activating the online session, the payment was deducted, and order status goes into "payment verification" phase.
After 1 day, the payment got reversed into my account, and i checked on aliexpress that my order is closed.
and they are saying if i dont want my orders to be cancelled, i need to upload my identity card and scanned copy of credit card (with half of the numbers blacked out).

Same is the case happened when i tried to purchase from dx dot com,

Does anyone of you have experienced the same while shopping on these websites ?

All the items at aliexpress are not of best quality. Some items are very good with reasonable price tag but some are junk.
I have experienced this today.
Actual product is v much different and 3rd class quality
