UBL wale bare harami hen , har branch me card available huta he lekin form fill karne se avoid karte hen , mujhe bhi ek do chakar lagwae , phir me directly inke District Manager se mila tu 20 minutes me card mil gaya . I am talking of Larkana city .

summit bank visa prepaid card is only accept in pakistan

Their website indicates it is usable word-wide as it is VISA card. I haven't used it, so can't say for sure, but if it is displaying VISA logo, then it most probably is acceptable word-wide.

not necessarily. almost all atm cards of all banks have VISA logo, but the online session is closed. You have to open it. some open it easily, others not, Only UBL card is easily used worldwide online.

I would still suggest using any credit card - the easiest. If credit card is not the option, the MCB lite is the best. 1000 annual charges hain but atleast its hassle free
