You should wait for it. It will come in 25-35 days mostly. Rarely, it can take much longer. One of my parcels came after 70 days.

When the item arrives in Pakistan, it's not regularly updated on tracking status. Just yesterday I received three parcels, none of which had any update on the tracking status.

Ive ordered many bags. All came through fine with Rs. 20 duty per bag only

How you pay that 20 Rs. custom, did you pay it to the delivery guy or someone else?

The postman will collect it from you. Rs.20 is charged by customs for checking the parcel. If they charge duty on it then they will write the duty amount on the parcel and the postman will collect it from you.
