I also have a product on the way and its tracking info appeared on Pakistan Post on 13th may, but lately its tracking status just vanished from the pakistan post site just like yours, but today it appeared again and it says that my product reached destination contry on 12 june, lets see what happens now, it has been 41 days since this product was shipped.
I think some kind of server migration or upgradation might have caused the tracking downtime.
Meanwhile i have received the following products today:

Received in 13 days from the date of shipment in Karachi.
So far I have ordered 14 products from aliexpress, 9 of them have been successfully received, 2 of them were not delivered and got refunded in full, 3 of them are still in transit.
Out of those 9 which were received 6 were shipped via "china post registered airmail" which was trackable and 2 were shipped by non trackable "china post small packet by air" 1 was shipped by hongkong post which was untrackable as well.
For the products that are not delivered for more than 60 days one should open dispute at aliexpress.
