it means sent to karachi and will take 2 to 3 days to receive in Karachi, then its pakistan postal service responsibility, when they deliver it to customer. I received my parcel after 12 days in Lahore since received in Karachi.

Yes, the watches are real good quality and if it says original in the ad, it is most likely original as per Aliexpress policy, seller will have to pay double the received amount if a buyer proves it is fake.
